Select the entity(i.e., platform) that you want to scale(make bigger...bigger), either by clicking it's bounding box in the main window or it's name in the WCI(F3) Inspector(If necessary expand the SimsGroup tree(directory)to find it. In the Inspector window look for the 'scale' Field. You will see a text field that is editable with three (repeat 3) ones(1) in it separated by a space.
Are you with me so far? Cool!
You want to change these numbers. The ones(1's) are default by you can make you MarbleBlast item larger or smaller depending on the numbers you replace the 1's with. The 1st one(1) represents the x axis, 2nd-y and 3rd-z. So, for example, if you replace the x default 1 with a 2, you have just double the item's size by 2(or in other words, doubled it).
Here's another example:
If you replace the 2nd one(1) with a four(4), you have quadrupled the size of the item in the y directions. Conversely, you can halve the items size by entering the decimal(float value) 0.5. This with cut you item to half it's original height (z usually represents height in the Cartesian coordinate system).
You may have to experiment to get the size you want.
CAUTION Scaling an object may affect behavior and introduce bugs to your level. Use scaling judiciously.
After you enter you new numbers for x y and z(numbers for each separated by a space), click APPLY.
Finally, when you move your object(item) you will complete the scaling process and SEE the change you applied.
NOTE: Your new object may appear 'offscreen', so you will have to locate it and then move it where you want. One of the few idiosyncracies of the MBG editor. Still, cool tho.
