Is there release date on this.

While I can understand GG's reluctance to put out dates for Constructor (or a Mac version of TSE), utter silence makes creating a timeline for game production difficult. Statements like "We hope to have a beta out within the next 6-12 months." - or - "We plan on shipping Constructor before the end of 2010." would (at least) give us a better idea of how things are going; and when we can plan to integrate these tools into our workflow.
I'm sure that the good people at GarageGames cringe every time a Constructor thread opens up, but the reason it keeps happening is because people are truly excited about the possibilities that this new tool will provide and are eager for a little news. While I wouldn't insist on an actual release date (so many things can happen, so late in the process), a more general view would be helpful.

Unfortunately, for Mac users there really isn't any cost-affective, modern alternative. If I were you michael, I wouldn't wait for constructor to make what you want. Download quark, or Game Level Builder 2.2 for gmax, or 3dsmax. and start making your interiors.

That's still the old legal page. See the license in the package for more details.

Not as far as I've seen anyway. If you need a dif creation tool now, find an alternative.
