Water Vehicles - Tutorial?

Has anyone tried to make a water vehicle? I am not sure where to start really. I have gotten flying cehicles and ground vehicles to work for the msot part, but on this I am clueless. Is there a tutorial or resource anywhere where someone has explained this?
