Dds Files In Tge

Hi,

Has anyone taken a shot at getting DDS file support into TGE?

If someone has done this and they are willing to share it, that would be much appreciated. Or, if someone has done it and could just give a brief rundown of any pitfalls that would be helpful as well.

If not, I will take a shot at integrating nVidia's DDS loader to get basic DDS functionality.

This would be the domain of the Torque shader engine.

Yes,

I realize it is in TSE, however some of the file features of the DDS format are beneficial in a fixed function pipeline engine as well.
