Global bug list

I know there is no global bug list (the 'added as bug #xxx), and that that is because some bugs are under NDA.
Still a shame, I guess a lot of the people could help tracking bugs, which would ultimately help NDA people as well.
Couldn't there just at least be a forim where bugs that are marked in threads are also referenced?
I know I find fixing bugs a great way to get to know an engine as it forces you to dive into places where you normally wouldn't go, so ultimately everyone would benefit.
Maybe just a sticky thread where new bugs that pop up in the forum are crosslinked with a one line description?

ps. And yes, a changelog would be nice as well. The one in HEAD is kinda not so up to date.

Perhaps GG could install an 'unofficial' Bugzilla for the torque community alongside the TDN and current forums?
On the positive - it might speed up torque development as the community could better focus their efforts on current bugs or desired features.
On the negative, it would be more bandwidth, and more man-hours spent by GG keeping the thing relativly insink with their official buglist...
cost/benifit i guess.

GG has their own bug-tracker but we aren't privliged to it AFAIK. Perhaps GG could install an 'unofficial' Bugzilla for the torque community alongside the TDN and current forums?
