Quark Error Messages

Hello!

I have been trying to convert a lot of stuff from 3dsmax -- Quark -- Torque lately, but I often get strange error messages in Quark. This program has some of the weirdest error messages I have seen in a while and it's starting to get on my nerves.

Does anyone know what these error means?

::createBaseWinding: Bad face on brush. > 32 points. DMMNOTE: Increase max win
ding points?

::createBaseWinding: Bad face on brush. < 3 points. DMMNOTE: Handle better?

and this one shows up after all the other errors in the console:

And does anyone know what I can do to get rid of those errors? The models show up just fine in Quark, so it is a bit strange that it is having so many problems converting them.

Hope to hear from you geniouses out there!

All the best,

Roald

If you have this error when you use the torque menu into quark in order to translate in dif fomat , one of the reason could be the map2dif_DEBUG.exe version.

I have this kind of error when i use the 2001 version . but with 2004 version it works fine.

downlaod the latest version of the translator on this site :

quark.planetquake.gamespy.com/download.php3

select the line : "T Torque engine Torque DIF build tool"
