3DMAX Resources?

Hi all,

Just got an old copy of 3DMAX V5 from an company I deal with. And wondering if anyone knows of any good sources of information for using it?

I have 3DMAX books, but for V4 or older. I've been using other 3D modeling software where I've been able to map out models using a vertex method (simular to CNC/ACAD programming), so finding it hard to get head around methods used in 3DMAX V5.

Also looking for very detail information on model odject names used in Torque, know about "mount" points, but interested in more detailed information, as wish to make a few models that allow players to move into vehicle models before "mounting" driver/gunner/etc... points. What level of detail can be done with models in Torque (eg. folding and completely working parts(airbrakes,etc...) on wings of aircraft), and can "proxy" points be used?

I'm very experanced in making vehicle models, just finding hard to change over to 3DMAX atm.

Managed to find information I was looking for. Now time to start working on models. ;P
