Wrong axis when export from Max to DTS

Hi all,
I have a player model in 3ds Max, it face along Y axis (required for model to be displayed well in TGE). But when i exported it to DTS, the model face direction is X axis. Is there any solution for my problem? Thank you very much

It is a horse model. The model has its own bones system. I redo successfully.
I imported this model from WOW. The original model face along X Axis. I made all model element (mesh and bones) along Y axis. Maybe I did some things wrong.

If you are, make sure bip01 is in the NeverExport: list in your cfg file.
