Maya export dropping animation frames

I've been having trouble exporting Maya animations from Maya 6. For some reason, the last couple frames of the animation seem to not get exported. For instance, one animation in particular has 11 frames (0 to 10). When I export and view the results in ShowTool Pro, it appears visually that the animation finishes at frame 8, resulting in an incomplete animation. The animation looks fine other than it's missing the last bit.
Looking at the sequence node, I have verified that the start frame is 0, and the end frame is 10.
I've ensured that the bounding box encompasses the entire model throughout the animation.
I've keyed the bounding box and verified using ShowTool Pro that ground transform frames have been added.
I've tried overriding the duration of the animation, trying 1 second and 10 seconds and a few in between, but I'm still seeing this problem.
I've examined the dump file and nothing seems out of the ordinary.
This is not an isolated case. I've seen this happen with many animations, and with a couple different models. Has anyone else seen this and know of a fix, or can at least direct me to where I should continue the investigation?
