Hall Of Worlds Guide?

I was reading the hall of worlds guide I got off of the site. And while I was reading the introduction document and notice he was saying u could be reading the lite version of his document. I want to buy it but the document doesn't say where to buy it. Is it on his site or is it on GarageGames to buy? Or is it even sold anymore?

If I remember correctly, Ed is still working on finishing everything up before publishing a physical Torque book. Whenever it hits the stores/Amazon, I'll be getting a copy.
If anyone else out there has more details, I'm sure they will correct me. :)
