Direct X DLL installers

I had an error with nvidia's SDK looking for _26 version DX dll.

So I did some searching and found an app that just install's the DLL not the whole DirectX package.

Thought I would jot down the URL here if anyone should need them.

Let's some exe's run if they need a specific version of DLL.
