Will we be seeing any RTS-SK updates now 1.4 is out?

Just wondering if GG has any updates to the RTS-SK planned any time soon now that 1.4 is out the way. If so any pointers as to what sort of things we might expect in the new release ;) ?

It's not too hard to port to 1.4, it's documented on how to do it in the forums here. I wish the same could be said for TSE. It is sad that the RTS pack seems like a forgotten product, but porting to 1.4 isn't too bad.

I'm not sure if the thread has gone off topic but the issue I raised originally here wasn't the porting to 1.4 but the new improvements to the RTS kit that have been mentioned as "due soon" for over a year.

I've pretty much put my RTS project on hold until, the RTS pack is OFFICIALLY updated.

I'm just more worried that if I try to port it myself, that I'll leave something crucial out and then spend months trying to debug something that could have been avoided ...I've pretty much put my RTS project on hold until, the RTS pack is OFFICIALLY updated.

FULL documentation on a RTS 1.3 conversion to
TGE 1.4 under VS2005 solution
very close sorry for delay only had this a couple of weeks and I
have practically no C++ experiance with anything newer than
the old floppy install dev kit from microsoft around 1992-1993
but eh this old fart is getting 'er done
its done and it works and anyone can have it in minutes

it works it feels looks plays just like the 1.3 version
but edits like a 1.4 resource

Seems that there are several conversions of RTS from 1.3 to 1.4 were made by different developers. Why GG didn't make them available for RTS customers to download?

Still waiting myself, I am really disapointed with the water block handling. I finnaly got an island level going similar to tribal wars, but I can see seams in the water. If I try to increase the size of the water beyound 1024 x1024, the game crashes every time. It will do this with nothing but a waterblock added to the scene with just on detail as a bump in the landscape.
