Is anyone interested in using Anim8or?

Would anyone be interested in using Anim8or for your modeling tool.

I am not a modeler, but I was able to download it and start modeling. My models were not very good, but someone who know what they are doing could. Go to www.anim8or.com and check out there gallery.

I am currently working on a DTS conversion program that convers anim8or files to DTS files. I currently have static shapes working with levels of detail, textures, LOSCollision (untested) and collision meshes. Right now I am trying to get the nodes exported correctly and as soon as I get the nodes done, It should not take long to get the sequences into the dts or dsq files.

let me know if anyone might want to use anim8or.

Dts exporter for anim8or would rock, save me lots of time because right now I model in animator, get the uv mapping in uvmapper, export to obj, import into milkshape, bone/animate, export to dts

I agree. This is going to make torque alot easier for beginners - and A LOT of other people as well.
This could be a community project... But that would probably make it alot more confusing...

Anyhow, keep going!
