Looking for Devs working with U3 engine

I have a possibility for a pretty large referral.... a company wanting to develop a game with Unreal 3 engine, and it looks like they may have the funding to back it up. I need a reliable referral to a company large enough to handle this type of request. It's a PS3 console release scheduled for 2007 or late 2006 release. Thanks.
