Grandfather clause

Maybe I've overlooked this in the licensing, is there a grandfather clause in the unlikely event GG goes away? If so, what is it in detail please.

GG guys are really busy this week and the next few (GDC!) but I'm sure they'll answer. Afterall, this is an important question (hehe, pessimistic... but important)

There is a timer on our contract that eventually takes away all of the Sierra rights and gives us full ownership of the Torque. That happens about 18 months from now. We will not go out of business in those 18 months. Our burn rate is very low.
Once we have full ownership, we will change our EULA stating that the Torque will become open source or some such license if GG were to go out of business. However, until we have full rights to the engine, we cannot do that.
In the meantime, as I stated above, we do not know what would actually happen.

Our standard answer is- we are not going away.
