MapExporterV1LE limitations

The MapExporterV1LE plugin inside Game Level Builder v.2.22 ( for 3ds max ) cannot generally export correctly texture mapping , while instead Quark work fine.
This is an example:
MapExporterV1LE -> .... ( -41.1168 0 13.198 ) jump 0 0 0 1 1 ....
Quark -> ..... ( -41.1168 0 13.198 ) jump [ 0.00000 1.00000 0.00000 0.00000 ] [ 0.00000 0.00000 -1.00000 0.00000 ] 0 1 1 ....
So: there is someone that can help me changing MapExporterV1LE code to resolve this problem?
