1.4 and VC++2K5

I keep reading people's comments about using the 1.4 code. Is it available to everyone now? Is it just the HEAD code? I haven't been around in awhile, and I didn't find anything on search. Thanks.
Also, are there any VC++2K5 projects yet?

I understand that it's on the CVS server. I just don't know the revision/label, and I haven't been able to find that out on search. I can't list from WinCVS either (not sure if that's possible either). I'm sure I'm just ignorant of something here...

There is not currently a VC++ 2K5 solution but the VC++ 2K3 solution *should* convert and compile cleanly.

I've tried compiling on 2K5 and have come up with compiler errors I've never seen before. I'll probably spend some time tracking them down, but in the meantime I'll reinstall 2K3.

I've tried to search through the TDN and this site for documentation on the CVS server (I did know the proper addresses and syntax ages ago but have forgotten)..
I just can't find it. Every CVS hit seems to redirect back to the installer page, which only has the 1.3.0 on it.

Will the 1.4 codebase be bundled into an installer? :)I've tried to search through the TDN and this site for documentation on the CVS server (I did know the proper addresses and syntax ages ago but have forgotten)..

Check my latest .plan for status.

Yes, as soon as we get the installer built it will be up for people to download. Right now we're ironing out the last kinks in things like the new getting started tutorial, new editor, etc. - lots of little ways things can be broken and want to try to launch with as few bugs as possible.Check my latest .plan for status.

I've downloaded RC2 awhile ago, but never converted... I'm still waiting for the install
(because I have lots of patches/additions to throw in there... some of which, may come standard now in 1.4)
Mostly just wanted to say much love to GG, Ben, and Oregon
:)

Do a site search for CVS is you want more details about how to access it.
