On TDN, what is this (talk) link thing next to our names for?

In general it'd be better to use the forums (and we are going to be launching a TDN forum soon) for most "talk page" stuff. I keep 'em around cuz they might be useful but I think for this community the forums will be a better channel than the talk pages - they require a very wikiish perspective to work well.
