Need new team members

Hi,
I want to make a MMORPG. I need the following people:
1 executive producer
2 producers
1 lead level designer.
5 level designers.
2 story writers. (I dont have a story or idea yet)
1 lead artist
5 artists
2 concept artists
2 animators
1 lead programmer
5 programmers/scripters
1 website designer
1 marketing manager
1 chef
1 paramedic (for treating injuries while we do motion capturing)
10 voice actors.
I dont have money and everyone gets an equal share when its finished.
I also need $500 000 for a budget.

I don't think you really need paramedics for motion capturing...well less you are like doing some live frame shots of tigers... humm but whee would you get real Orcs for that? For that matter I have a dungeon that needs zombies... Hard to find real zombies to capture...guess I really would need some paramedics for that.Ona Lea Jokin!!
