Making a Tree

Does anyone know where a 3d tree tutorial(Or how to make a tree in 3d) can be found, I googled it but didn't get any tutroials.

A tree is basically a bunch of planes with images mapped to them. Check out one of the default trees in the show tool.

I use a program (free) called "tree[d]"...by the same guy who made gile[s] and some other cool @$$ stuff. ( http://www.frecle.net/index.php?show=home ).
Trees tend to be a bit high-poly, but for a quick tree that you can then tweak in Lightwave/MAX/XSI/etc. to get more managable polycount...it's quite good.
