TGE breaking System Clock???

Hey guys,
I'm on a WindowsXP/Intel P-IV system. I've been noticing all fall the desktop-clock is falling behind in leaps and bounds, no matter how often I reset it.
I only really use this computer for my Torque-Project Development. Is it possible that TGE(1.3.5) is interferring with the clock? Has anyone else noticed this? It could be a related tool like MS-VC6, or Gimp I suppose.
It seems to happen inconsistently, some days and not others. I can't seem to peg it down but I suspect it's the engine.
rgds,

I don't belive it's engine altough it's not hard to change date/time by code.

I'd try leaving the system on for a few days, using it normally, NOT running Torque, and seeing if your clock is correct at the end of it. Some systems do strange things to run their chips/busses at variable speeds which can have implications on time-keeping.

Torque doesn't do anything with the system clock except read from it (naturally there could be some sort of crazy bug, though I'd be surprised it's passed this long without getting spotted).I'd try leaving the system on for a few days, using it normally, NOT running Torque, and seeing if your clock is correct at the end of it. @Ben:
Unfortunetly (or fortunetly depending on your outlook) for this machine normal usage IS Torque.. I'll try and pay closer attention though.
It did seem like the type of bug everyone could be experiencing but no one had linked to Torque yet. Since this is the only project I'm working on now it also seemed on obvious possibility. If no one else says "Hey I have that problem too" then i guess it's not a big deal.
I'm more concerened with verifying it's NOT a torque bug, then actually fixing the problem locally.

It's a pretty new(this summer) intel mo-bo. I do leave it on 24/7 so that really eliminates the battery, for all I know though, the clock it'self could be bad, lol. @Ben:
