Vehicle Floating

Ok I used the bravetree pack as the basics for a new vehicle leaving in the suspension objects and just replacing the mesh with a new one and i get it to export but my vehicle now floats off the ground a bit. I tried messing with the length of the spring but that just pulls the tires higher into the air. What can i do to drop the vehicle back down to the ground?

I had something like this using a vehicle exported from milkshape, I moved the model a bit lower and re-exported and acheived the look I wanted.

I have tried that. I have moved the model in max, changed the spring length, moved just the hub nodes, moved the collision mesh, and moved the tire mesh in its file. The thing is if I use the bravetree car tire then it touches the ground but since the tires i am using are smaller it doesnt. But for some reason the car physics dont drop it to the new tire size. I dont know what to do to make it either.

Oh, the car code uses the bounding box to figure out how big the tire is. The hub of the wheel should be the y axis, and the height of the wheel should be the z-axis. So shrink the z size of your bounds box down to your wheel size and you'll be good to go.

Thansk a lot! I actually started to do that when i was reading the post. Thanks though that worked great. Now i just have to figure out the right combination of numbers to get the wheels to sit under the car pretty, and drive nice.
