Hi everybody, I'm fairly new in the Torque community, but my company is currently hiring, and I thought it would be a good idea to post an offer here.

What is Amaze Entertainment? We're one of the biggest independent game studio in America, located in the suburb of Seattle, WA, with many big licenses under our belt: Star Wars, The Sims, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and much, much more. We develop high-class games for pretty much every kind of consoles and hardwares, but these days we definitely have a specialty in portables consoles (Nintendo DS, Sony PSP).

Our website for more information: http://www.amazeent.com/

Ok, we are currently experiencing a happy problem: we're victim of our own success and being flooded with new projects from many publishers, but we can't keep up, so WE NEED YOUR HELP! Here's a list of available positions, some contractual, most full-time:

Animator
Studio Art Director
Associate Producer
Development Manager
Environmental Artist
PSP Game play Programmer
Level Designer
Producer
PSP Sr Game play Programmer...
And much more...

How to apply? You can go through the normal process on the website like everybody else. OR, you can send me your resume and demo, and I'll personally make sure your resume fall "mysteriously" in the right hands right away.

Please send your application to:

svallee AT amazeent DOT com.

P.S. Please apologizes for the poor grammar, as I'm the obligatory French foreign employee of the company, and my English is still not stellar ... ;-)

Speaking as someone presently working at Amaze, I can say with confidence that it is a blast working here. Great work environment and great people. If you're interested in learning more about the work environment, please feel free to contact me. My contact information is in my profile, and I am regularly idling on the IRC channel.

Are you looking for on-site applications only? or willing to have remote artists?

Thx

Actually we're looking for on-site employees. The only remote contractors we are dealing with are the sound and music artists.
