Compiling .cs files

Hi folk,
Is there an way to compile all .cs files to .dso without running the game and ensuring that every code branch that would trigger a script file execute is run? I've been doing this up until now, and it's not very condusive to an automated build process.
Thanks,
Mike

Not intended disrespectfully, but all I tend to get are a lot of links that look like exactly the information I want. Then upon clicking I get 'you don't have access to this thread'. I did try quite a few permutations on 'compile' and 'dso' and 'cs' and nothing I have access to comes up.

I posted my mods to do this a while back. I've been away from the forums for a while, not sure if there's a new version out. I think this was modifying v1.02 codebasewww.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=33542
