Basic vehicle

Hi, i have created a test car for testing how to make a car for torque, can somebody tell me what the basic needs are for a car in torque?

i know it sux but it's just a test, so can somebody please make it torque compactible?
I also looked in the torque documenting but when i tried that it didn't work:S.

also, does a car HAS to have animation?
or can it also be a crappy static car?
