About tilemap scroll and t2dObject movement

In the game, the tilemap's size is 16000W*8000H. It can move around.
The picture follows as:

I want the ship object keeping in the screen center. When the ship moves, that the ship haves speed and angel, the tilemap can scroll to keep the ship in the screen center.
If I set the ship have zero speed, the tilemap scrolls with the ship's speed. As this, the ship's collision does not process rightly.
About the matter ,please give me a suggestion. Thanks in advance.
