Can max save as bvh and obj?

I am just trying to figure out a way to get the kork model in Blender.
Blender can import bvh and obj files and so I was wonder if Max can be used to save the max file in the Torque file pack as a bvh (trying for bones/animation) and obj(mesh).
Thanks.

Unfortunatley, I did not ask the correct question.
I was not clear in my post. I'm blaming it on late night/early morning syndrome ;)
However, I do not have any version of 3ds Max.
I wanted to ask if someone could convert the model in the Max Torque file pack to those formats so they could be imported into Blender.
(Then we could use Blender to see if we can combine them to make a Blender Torque file pack. Do this to try to get the best mesh, bones, and animations setup in Blender)
Thanks.

It is if you find someone who has the time and inclination to do this.
