Hopeless?) Tribes 1.

Hi fellows,
mayb you saw this thread i participated earlier this year.

I m looking for somebody that could help me finding out about .pba manipulating. .pba files are phoenix bitmap array files that contain several instances of Sliders or Scrollbars.
I would love if anyone still had (mayb the original) tools used to create them and mayb even a short how-to.
There are programms that are meant to edit/create them but my tribes keeps crashing. The only success i made so far is making the content invisible, but unfortunately that's not what i want.
I so hope anyone is able to help me out, even if i doubt it.
(play some tribes1 once in a while ;) )
