Reactor.dlc and ParamEditor.gup error

A while ago i bought the soldier pack for max, but when i try to open it i get an error of missing dll's: reactor.dlc and ParamEditor.gup.
can somebody help me out with this???

This happens if you try to open a max7 file in max6.

Opening files in Max7 I have the problem with 'missing external file' (C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\My Documents\max\soldier pack\soldierpack\base.soldier.png). and a lot of errors when close the file. (sorry for my english :-) ).
