Creating buildings in max6 (texture problem)

Hi people,
i'm encountering this problem in creating buildings for my city using max 6. Due to the constraint of maximum 9 collision meshes. I faced some diffculties creating 'damaged' buildings. Therefore the building that i have created are all quite perfect. Does anyone have any idea to help me on this?

Another thing is maybe on the texture problem. Does anyone can provide me help on 'damaged' building textures?

8 collision meshes max unless you have TGE 1.4
