Hello All,
I am currently working as part of a team of 15 in all. (level designers, low poly modlers, programmers, story writers, musitions, accountants, graphic desiner, concept artist, web master etc etc)
I know in 'indie' terms, we have a large team. However each and everyone on the team are invaluble). I am just trying to get an idea of what size teams eveyone else is working with. I know that in Kens' book 3DGPAIO, he says three is a good size.
So how many people are you working with?

I'm happy to see that you have gone beyond just focusing on the current project and you are looking into the future of you team by creating a plan for the next five years. It shows that you and your team are committed to making great games.

@James Bond - You know your project, you know the people and how they work, you know what you need. Don't worry about the number of people you have in a project. There is no magic number that will make a project succeed or fail.I'm happy to see that you have gone beyond just focusing on the current project and you are looking into the future of you team by creating a plan for the next five years. We are 2 "full time" indies + 3-4 paid contractors with narrow defined tasks for Steel Sentinels. Still got ~6 month to go is my best guess
