As of now it doesnt. I'm not sure if or when it will but I remeber that TGE was only avaiable through CVS. Now it has an installer. You need to get the source and other files via CVS too. There is instructions on how to get it when you purchase the engine and how to compile it using C++ 6.0 and Visual C++ .NET

TSE will no doubt have an installer like TGE once it's out of EA.
