Didnt mean to License ME

Dear GG,
I am head of a development team and have decided to use the torque engine as the engine of choice for our project. Unfortunately I am not the programmer for the engine. I purchased the engine recently and put in all my information. The only problem is that I didnt know the page would license the engine to me. I thought that would be done in the next page. Is there any way to transfer the license from my name to his? My name is Justin Elkins and I need it transfered to Jason Welche. If you could helpit would be extremely benificial to the team. I cant program for it so it would be wasted money :P.

Not sure if that would be possible, according to there EULA item #2

That would suck... so I should look forward to my programmer having to buy one too?

If I were leading a development project, I would want to maintain a complete backup of the projects source along with any changes made by the team. Since you need to be a license holder to have access to the source and changes can only be shared with other license holders, I personally think you having a license could be in your best interests.

Although the license is non-transferable, you may be able to get permission to transfer it since you bought it for the wrong person by mistake, but only GarageGames can answer that.

Hmmm I may consider getting him one also then.. Ill have to save I guess :P
