Linux and windows installers differ

The linux installer doesn't have the changes listed near the end of this thread http://www.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=24216 to the files gameConnection, gameConnectionEvents, RTSConnection etc
I've extracted the files from the windows installer which resolves the problems I had, however I thought I'd let you know that the windows and Linux installers both appear to be slightly different versions.
