Max2Map Lost geometry

Anyone else getting the following error when trying to open exported .map files in Worldcraft?
"For your information, 403 solids were not loaded due to errors in the file."
When these files are opened in Worldcraft the mesh is completely distorted, with vertices missing and the works. I've tried exporting as a DXF then bringing it back into max, as well as resetting the XForm of every object in the scene. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is driving me absolutely crazy....there seems to be no logical reason for it to export like this..

No, I simply made a model of a guard tower(untextured, I was going to texture it in worldcraft) in Max 3.1, exported to a .map and then opened the resulting file in worldcraft, which is when I got the error messages. The object I am exporting is a single mesh, with file properties and dummy objects set up as per this post: http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=forums&page=result.thread&qt=1735

I am having the same problem with the Max 4 version of the max2map exporter. In Max the object appears to have no holes, and is a single mesh. All required dummy objects and file properties are correct as per all of the forum posts, but when loading them into Hammer solids are being... culled? I don't really know as I'm not a programmer... I'm an artist that loves crafting in 3d... so as you can imagine, I'm boggled.

That error I've only seen when extracting .map from .bsp
It means the export (wherever you're exporting from) is corrupt somehow. More details please :p
