Anyone ever had the interiors show up in black and white?

It seem's that when I launch my game, all of the interior objects and towers and docks show up white with a black outline. Is this just my GFX card taking a poop or an engine error. I have been modifying the engine to support stuff from the MMORPG tutorial's.

Hit F9 once. In game or world editor.
The default: if you press F9 ... (once) you get just outlines, (twice) white interiors with black outline, (third) back to color.
If buildings are just black... go into world editor and press Alt-L to re-light.
