Workflow in CShop?

I was just curious about how other people work in CShop.
1. Do you "rough" out the model with the null texture and the go back and texture everything that can be seen?
2. Do you layout the exterior of large buildings and the go back and detail the rooms later, adding in furniture, lights, and such?
3. I am still kinda confused about the scale in Cshop, I read the other post. Let's say I increase the grid resolution to max, how would the convert to real world measurements? I tried to figure it out, but had brain lock.
Thanks

I work out main geometry first and especially the scale and/or proportions just to make sure the 'feel' is where I want it. For the project I am working on (a western), I then take all the straight edges, large open areas (like walls, roofs) and break them up. Myself I think there is nothing worse or more boring than large open areas and flatness, so try to break everything up by adding for example: a sagging roof line, an extra support beam, doors, windows, whatever it takes.
Your grid in cshop has nothing to do with changing the scale or on exporting. I think the scale is the same as Quark...Not sure though?
