Forum Etiquette?

When I was referred to Garage Games, I was told that there was a posting laying out the etiquette of the forums. In my desire to not offend anyone, either intentionally or not, I searched this posting out, but found nothing. So, I have come to one of two conclusions:
1. No such posting exists
2. I am incapable of finding it
So, if anyone could nudge me in the right direction, or at least dispel the myth, I would sincerely appreciate it =D

I've been trying to tell people: you could make a wonderful noodle-eating game if you made a custom chopsticks controller...
