Sorry I didn't read it all. it's obvious you put a lot of thought into it, but a sinmgle massive spew of game design is not easy for others to read. if you want people to critique the overall game idea, try summarizing its unique characteristics as a bullet point list. you might have more success posting specific smaller ideas like a scenario or two or eliminating any HUD numbers(good idea)...
posting your ideas in smaller chunks will get better and quicker responses.

also, big long lists of game assets aren't that enlightening to critique..unless you're asking "am i missing anything?"

on a breif scan some of the ideas look good...but it's lunchtime and I don't have time to mread it all.

I'm impressed it let you make the post so big!

Might be an idea to stick it in a word doc or a PDF and let people download it.

If this is your first game, then good luck!. I started with a Pong rip :)
