Max2Map Exporter

Does anyone know anything about the Max2Map exporter? It looks like it would be a very useful thing to be able to use. I compiled it and installed it in my plugins directory, but when I try to use it it doesn't do anything. I guess my first question is, Does this plugin work? Second question: Is it only for Max4? (I am using Max3) And are there any specific setup instructions to use this exporter?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It'd be great if you could email those files my way. Running into difficulty I've chronicled in a few other posts on this topic, and looking at something that works could only help.

Thanks.

its in the mail..

for anyone else who wants em goto
boxmap.zip
and test_bunker_max2map_(max3).zip

thank Wrolm Sorbin for boxmap.zip
and Mike Dixon for the bunker one

mostly for max3 although i think i left a max4 version of boxmap in the zip. i dont think max2map likes max4 very much. I dont have max3 here so i cant assure you they work.. but im sure it wouldnt hurt to have a look.

I have a question regarding Max2Map also. When the objects are exported, they look so much more tesselated [in worldcraft] once I view them than the brushes native to WorldCraft. If I decided to do the majority of my map making through the max2map pipeline, will these objects cause a performance hit in torque?
