In torque ,i can't input in chinese,how to resolve the problem?

I'm chinese game developer,i had resolved the chinese display in toque controls(ie label,button),but i can't input editor control in chinese ,dear all ,can you help me ? thanks

You say you know how to get Chinese to display in Torque? Would you tell me how to use the langc tool? I have looked everywhere for a clear explanation of how to use it to create language tables and I have found very little. Thanks.

We are also having problems learning how to use the langc tool. We can not find any information on it. If someone can give us a point in the right direction, we would greatly appreciate it.

We can not compile langc tool. We get a fatal error "can not open input file engine.lib"
