map2max concerns

Need to express some concern about the state of max2map. My own recent post, the last reply in this thread, and other posts that can be found when searching on max2map haven't been addressed by Garage Games Staff or Associates. This is in sharp contrast to the character modeling issue - Joe Maruschak's very excellent tutorial: the community and staff of garage games were in regular discussion about it and knew it was coming.
I'm not expecting hand holding, and recognize that the community needs to self start - this is why I brought in a multi-title multi-engine 3ds Max veteran to build for us (he's had some modest successes getting complex architecture into World Craft, and then into TGE). Community members aren't, however, in a position to comment on the state of, or priority assigned to the documentation for this feature.
A schedule for the documentation will allow me, and possibly others, to make an informed decision about whether or not to hold out for it, or bring a skilled worldcraft veteran aboard in order to meet our internal production goals.
