Hey Utah Devs Let's get together

Hello everyone-
Due to a recent change in living arrangements (yet again),I'm back in Utah!
Actually I missed living here, and am very glad to be back.
Anyways I seem to remember a thread a few months ago, about the local indie community having a get together.
I searched and it looks like I missed it, but I thought it might be fun for us to all to get together anyways.
I have a friend who just had a big nice shiny new office building built, and he is willing to let us use the building after regular business hours, for meetings etc.
So I figured, I would see who wants to come!

405 S. 100 E. Suite 13
Pleasant Grove, UT
This is right behind the Purple Turtle (which is on State Street in PG). It's in the red brick building with the big Chirporactor sign (downstairs).
Again the format will be like last time, an informal get together to chat, talk about the industry, see what others are doing, show off your current project, etc. If you want Pizza and munchies, bring some cash to chip in for that.
Hope to see everyone there! It should be a fun evening. (email me here if you need more details)

I'm fighting off a cold, so I'm not sure what state I'll be in on Thursday, but I'll definitely try to stop by.

We plan to do the next one in January (as December is usually a busy month for everyone). If you'd like to get on our notification list for the next one, please drop me a line here and I'll add you to it. Hopefully we can catch some of the guys that missed this one, at the next one.
Hope to see you all at the next one!

I just wanted to report that we had a great evening last night with about 13 people showing up. There were some new faces there this time as well. We had pizza, munchies, and some great discussions on game design, industry trends, and much more. A demo from the recent "Pilgrimage" event (Utah's demo scene - http://pilgrimage.scene.org/) was shown, and we also had four demos of "in-progress" games shown. There was some great feedback given, which was useful for all. I found the evening to be worthwhile and very helpful, on lots of different levels. I'm sure most everyone there felt the same.We plan to do the next one in January (as December is usually a busy month for everyone). Thank you, Greg, for coordinating things. I look forward to seeing everyone's game a little further along next time, and getting a chance to talk shop and share tales in January!
