Creating a post suggestion

Hey guys i just wanted to post a little something i think would be nice. When you are editing a reply to a thread and wanted to mention something about another post it would be nice to have the thread swhow up like it does when you do a regular post. Also it would be nice if you could somehow make it so if you copied and pasted someones post it would auto quote it with the person who posted it like:
