Crouch and/or Crawl dsq

Does anyone have any crouch and/or crawl dsqs? I was suprised when I got TGE that they weren't there and google nor garagegames forums/resources seem to help. I found a Tutorial on how to put the animation in the game, but no actual files.

Edit: Prone(is pron where you slow walk?) would also be quite nice. When googling these, all I see are people asking for the animations, but no one ever seems to get them.
