When will it bepossible to try Torque constractor?

Hey everyone,
I'd like to know if there is a beta or something like a beta available now, if I or anyone else can try it if there is one and if there isn't one, will there be one and when?

Constructor is currently in Alpha, Beta has been mentioned to occur soon. I would not expect a public release before IGC. (note this is my presumtion, I have no real knowledge GG's schedual on this project)
