Where can I find this type of graphics card? and for what price?

    Just go in to any computer store, most (if not all) the new graphics cards support directX 9... if you want it for TSE, then also look at getting a card that supports pixel shaders (I think the highest is 3.0)

    I have a Nvidia 6800 GT and it supports DX9.C

    I have a ati 9600 se, which, abit a little slow, supports DX 9. You could prolly pick one up dirt cheap. If you dont care too much about preformance, then it would be worth it.
