Distance between points that equal to a meter

Hey,

What's the "magic number" that between point A and point B equal to a meter in Torque?

Don't know if I made myself clear. Here goes another try :

Having a cube(DIF Format) and a face of it has four points(duh), what is the distance between point x1,y1 and x2,y1 that equals to a meter inside torque?
