Non-disclosure agreements?
I dont know much about them. Where would I be able to find one?

Go to www.gamedevkit.com or search for "Tom Buscaglia non disclosure" in google. MVP Online uses all of his contracts (which are very cheap if you buy them from gamedevkit) and we have also hired Tom for further legal advice. He is great with this stuff and if you are serious about this, you should look into getting his contracts or getting in touch with him.

all copies thereof relating in any way to the Company's business, or in any way obtained by me during the course of employ. I further agree that I shall not retain copies, notes or abstracts of the foregoing.
(b) The Company may notify any future or prospective employer or third party of the existence of this agreement, and
shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach.
(c) This agreement shall be binding upon me and my personal representatives and successors in interest, and shall
inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns.

Lastly, if it's serious, you should always consult an attorney, even if it's just to look over your "pre-made" form.
If you want to start from the ground up and avoid the pre-made route, contact a local civil (not criminal) Attorney or Law Firm. Usually the yellow pages should have a listing.
