I've searched anywhere I can find for the final CVS of RealmWars "Public".
Does anyone have any idea where it can be found?

Techinically Realm Wars is now closed source as it is Realm Wars 2, as from reading the blog. I believe that There still is a GG Realm Wars, but the site refered is now dedicated to Realm Wars 2The GG Realm Wars source is here

Teams that are looking for a head start or an indication of how to get going are always encouraged to download the Realm Wars Community Project source to work from. If you do use anything from this repo in your work though I please ask that you give credit in your games to the necessary developer who worked on that component (we have had a lot of issues in the past of people taking this work, doing a quick modification and passing it off as their own), if you are not certain who that is please contact me and I will point you in the right direction.

All the work done for the community project up to November/December of 2004 is still available on the CVS service provided by GarageGames for as long as GG wishes to continue to host the project. Btw, as the latest news entry was posted on July 6th (2 weeks ago), I would hardly classify the project as "dead".
